When teachers and students operate at different frequencies, both get frustrated and unproductivity sets in. Good teachers know what students expect and work sincerely to fulfill students' needs. They deliberately engage in activities that would build and strengthen their students' potential. However, many times, communication between them are closed and teachers have no way of knowing what students 'really' expect from them. Q. I am working on a project for university. I need to think of ways to get students involved in sustainability programs. Some of the programs that are currently in place are recycling, composting, bike workshops. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get more students and staff involved with this programs.
